We do have about 15 miles of improved trails but the trails are private and are not to be used with the exception of three trails, Camp Jefferson and the North and Trails. All trails are good for shinrin-yoku.

The 1.75 mile Camp Jefferson is flat and you have to walk thru the creek at 4 locations. The creek is normally less than 6 inch deep.

The 1.75 mile North and 1.35 South Trails are marked with red and white signs and go up a couple of hills about 400 feet but is in the middle of old growth forrest trees. The North trail is about 1000 feet up the road and the South Trail is directly across from the spring.
